I've managed to get my hands on a bunch of Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations models, but I don't have all of them nor do I know how to rip them from the iso. What I do have are a bunch of .xfbin files that I'm able to use Noesis to extract into obj files. I've extracted the ones I'm interested in most and posted them on the poll, so be sure to vote!

I may not have all the models, but I have most of the interesting characters. I don't have Naruto's kyubbi mode, unfortunately. I really wanted that one. Sad

Anyway, If you want a model, just ask here on my topic. I'd rather you ask here instead of pm'ing so my topic can stay alive.


*sigh*, turns out these were the wrong models. They're only the models for Ninja Storm 2.  Embarrassed

Are you sure the rig looked perfect in 3DS Max? If you have the model in t-pose, it never shows you the problem areas. You have to rotate the bones around in order to see the problems with the rig.

Ohh, so only I'm able to see those CSPs? Ok, I just clicked the green check mark on all the CSPs. I didn't see your CSPs though. Can you re-upload them?

I am getting the same problem as Swift here big file etc etc freezing on brawl.  My model is from SSF4AE

I've imported from SSF4AE, and you'll need to use ProOptimizer to decrease the amount of vertices. See the last few pages for details on this.

I think they updated the system so I don't need to approve them anymore. Try it again. Like I said, I noticed a bunch of CSPs on my hacks that I never approved.

No wait hang on, I see a bunch of CSPs that I never "accepted". I don't think you need my approval to submit CSPs.

^ Thanks, and I'm not sure if it's wifi safe. It's only an import, not a PSA, so it won't affect gameplay if that's what you're asking.

For my next project, I'll be importing the Dragonborn, hero of Skyrim. Any Elder Scrolls fans here? There's a ton of different armors and face models, but I want the Dragonborn to resemble the concept art:

I haven't decided who I'll import him over yet. I may add a poll for that later, but I'm leaning towards Link atm because Ike, Falcon, and Marth have enough imports already imo, and I still have a few slots left for Link. Also, I'm a huge Zelda fan, and when I played Skyrim (my first Elder Scrolls game), it kinda reminded me of an alt. version of Zelda but with more dungeons of lower quality and a different combat system. In Skyrim, you can use swords, shields, and the bow, just like Link; another reason I'm leaning more towards Link.

For Onepiece, can I take the Zoro model? He's the swordsman with green hair. He should have 3 swords, one in each hand and another that he keeps clenched in his mouth. I don't know how to fix up the problem you mentioned, but I'm hoping I can find someone to help me out with it.

For the two of you having texture problems, do the textures also show up properly on 3DS? It's possible you forgot to drag the png files into 3DS Max. If this isn't the case, you can send me the max, texture, and PAC/pcs files and I'll try to fix it up for ya.

Hey, it's a start. My first import looked very similar to that.

Looks like you haven't learned to apply the textures yet. Get yourself an image editor like paint.net or Gimp and resize all the textures so the max height and/or weight is 256. For example: if you have a huge picture with height 510 and width 256, resize only the height to 256 and the width should automatically resize itself to match. If the size proportions are 256 or lower, leave it alone.

Next, delete the default texture folders on Brawlbox. Import the model's textures that you just resized. You'll import most of them in the CMPR format. If one of the textures doesn't show up correctly, show us a pic or something or pm someone with a download link and we'll easily fix it up for ya. The textures are easy to do; the rigging is the most difficult part.

It took me like 2 weeks before I successfully finished my first full import. Nowadays however, If I really wanted something done, I can finish an import in about 2 days. It gets much easier, so just keep trying, and don't hesitate to ask for help or pm someone for help when you get stuck (if you're new and you don't get stuck somewhere, you're some kinda freak). Ah, ok I can do that. I would've probably tried to find a model of the helmet just by itself, or I might have tried to use the edit mesh mod to fuse the two helmets together since they line up perfectly, but your way is better. lol

Alright, I got it! Thanks, Demon! Don't know why there's a second helmet, and I'm not sure how to get rid of that since both helmets are the same polygon, but I'm not sure if I want this particular armor anyway. lol

The person gave a lot of models, so I don't think I'll be needing you to rip from Skyrim anymore, Demonboy. Hope this takes some of the load off your shoulders.
