That generally means that you have a PSA whose PAC or animation PAC or costume or something whose file is too big. What PSAs have you added or changed recently? It could also mean you have a corrupted SSS. Have you made recent changes to your SSS? All I can think of is it could possibly be a bad texture hack. I've had some times where my game froze after selecting a certain texture.
