Welcome at all!

The Count Bleck:
Do you know who is the Count Bleck? I think yes... So let's begin ;D !

Thanks to LenSho for the model of the Count!

Here the... PAL... PSA! (Because I'm french but at the end, I do the PSA for NTSC version)

In a near future...


The Count Bleck will join the Brawl to destroy all the worlds(or not) and show his power "Bleh bleh bleck!"
In Brawl, the Count Bleck use dark magic, his scepter and a little his hands.
It's a strong and agile character and the gravity affect a little the Count (like :samus:)
The Count use mainly his scepter. He uses fast attacks to do damages to the ennemies. He doesn't have "weakness"
For the magic, Count Bleck uses that of Super Paper Mario (Slow the time, black hole, invisibility...)


The moveset:

-jab1: no changes

-jab2: The Count do an estoc hit (4%) [100%]


-front tilt: no changes

-down tilt: the same as his special side attack (the third hit) (5%) [100%]

-up tilt: a great dark uppercut (7%) [100%]


-front smash: The Count do a dark sphere in front of his hand (13%) [100%]

-down smash: Sword rain! The same as his special down attack (the fourth hit) [100%]

-up smash: the same as his special side attack (the fourth hit) (11%) [100%]


-neutral aerial: Do turn the scepter around the hands a do some damages. [100%]

-front aerial: No Changes

-back aerial: the same as :falcon: [100%]

-down aerial: the same as :snake: but with this variant: the attack don't hit with the strenght of Snake, and the "legs" have a dark aura, like if the Count Bleck use magic. [100%]

-up aerial: A little like :zelda:, the Count do a dark explosion of magic. [100%]


-dash attack: the same as  :falcon: [100%]

Now the specials attacks! :happy:

-Neutral Special: Black hole= Count Bleck calls a black hole (7%). He can charge the attack and calls a big black hole (twice as big and 16%) [100%]

-Side Special: red charge= The Count Bleck charge with his scepter at high speed with a red effect behind him (look like the illusion of :fox:) (5%) [100%]

-Up Special: teleportation= The Count Bleck warps very high in the sky! (no damage) [no started]

-Down Special: Shield Cape= The Count use his cape for throw back the projectiles and return the ennemies (like the cape of Mario) (7%) [100%]

- Down Taunt: The Count Bleck can be invisible, but any attack show him!

And for finish...

The Final Smash:
I think to a huge Black Hole, but I want to be more interessant, if you have an idea, tell me!

Things I will do:

- change the gravity of the Count like :samus:
- the front smash
- the down smash
- fix the up smash
- the aerials attacks (front, back, up, down)
- Teleportation (Special up)
- fix the Shield Cape (Special down)
- Red Charge (Special Side)
- Can be Invisible (Down Taunt)
- the Final smash
- make the Count in 2D (like in SPM) (It is cancelled)

His first appearance was in SM64, but we know him for the difficulty taking out him in SSB...
He is one of my favorite character, so I want to create a Metal Mario PSA ( I know someone do it but I have... more ideas I think)
On who I want to create Metal Mario? On :mario:... but I like Mario too, why not on a other character?
So for the moment, I create the PSA on :mario:

So, what the differences between :mario: and Metal Mario?
Metal Mario is a lot of more heavy, more than :bowser: or :ganon:. He is more agressive in his moveset too.
His gravity his very strong, it's an advantage but it's an inconvenience too.

The moveset:

Jab1: no changes

Jab2: no changes

Jab3: Is now Jab1

Jab4: A big punch for finish the ennemy  (5 %) [80% In progress]

Front tilt: Like :snake:, the front tilt is a two hit attacks. A big backhand (3%) and if you do again an front tilt, a huge kick with an good knockback is used (9%). In total, 12% [animations ready, but not started 20%]

Down tilt: No changes but the attack is faster and direction is changed (more an horizontal trajectory).
The probabilities of slip is big (1 chance on 2) [80%]

Up tilt: The attack is the same but with a lot of changes. The attacks have two hits. The first have a strong hitlag (3) and the second eject the ennemy dangerously! The attack do "coins hits" (9%) [70%]

Front Smash: The same as SSB64. (14%) [No started]

Up Smash: I don't know for the moment.

Down Smash: I don't know too.

Neutral Aerial: The same but with changes (knockback and "timer") [no started]

Front Aerial: The same as SSB64 (12%) [animation complete, in progress 50%]

Back Aerial: The same but with changes ("timer") [no started]

Up Aerial: The same but with changes (trajectory) [no started]

Down Aerial: The famous Ground Pound. It's the only spike of Metal Mario but it very dangerous to use because he go down very fast. [40%]

The special attacks!

Neutral Special: Fireball: No changes, but Metal Mario can throw fireballs a bit quickly [100%]

Up Special: Super Jump PunchDown Special: Tornado Mario: Everyone know this attack :D [10%]

Side Special: SM64 Slide: Mario throw itself and attack with is body! [not started]

The Final Smash:
I don't know for the moment.

I want to know if people are interessed to this PSA, if not, I will do alone.
The things I need to begin really the PSA: If someone can import the (What of kind) :mario: model on a other character (For me, I don't use a lot :diddy:, :olimar:, :yoshi:)
Some informations for have always  the metal material on the model.

Guys, I have some problems with the PSA, I add a thread in the A/A Help, because I'm a novice! But all have a start! Now I can strike some things before my PSA has a problem

I think the Count Bleck could be download the next week, be a bit patient! ;)
First, the PAL version will be upload the first, and I do the NTSC version just later.

Nobody to help me for Metal Mario?

If you can give me a link, if will be good! But I want to know if there is a .rel file... I'm PAL and NTSC .rel don't work with me...
So, I begin to work on Metal Mario.
I have two questions: How can I add animations in an FitMotionEtc.pac file?
And, you want Metal Mario with the same moveset in SSB/SSBB or a more agressive moveset?

I think the moveset is good with Mario :)
I just say that: Tornado Mario is in the moveset because is my favorite move in all the SSB serie.

use the one from SMBZ mario and not port luigi´s animations and Copy/paste from luigi cuz that mario tornado is like as in melee

I don't use .rel porting.
Only Model porting.

adding animations its easy just righ click on the header of where animations are and import then rename them they should be on the button of all  the existent animations.
The hard thing is seeing if the motionetc doesnt pass the limit just save the files often and keep backups becuase some motionetc tend to corrupt like ganon and others
