Title: Need a NTSC stage rel converter Post by: PlagueX on July 10, 2012, 08:09:23 PM I haven't brawl modded in a while and when I did I used a stage rel converter tool that was available for download on here and I can't find it anywhere, not even by searching. The only one I could find is a website and I don't want a website, I want the program I used to do the same thing. Can anyone please provide me a link to such a program or tell me what it may be called?
