I haven't brawl modded in a while and when I did I used a stage rel converter tool that was available for download on here and I can't find it anywhere, not even by searching. The only one I could find is a website and I don't want a website, I want the program I used to do the same thing. Can anyone please provide me a link to such a program or tell me what it may be called?

    Ya! Thank you! This is it. Why is this program not in the resources section of Brawl Vault? It really should be. Please add this to resources, someone who has the ability to do so.
