With the resignation of two of our current Brawl Vault Staffs, we are in need to fill their place.
We're looking for people who are willing to help moderating the Vault.
What is the Vault Staff's job specifically?
- Moderate Brawl Vault's submissions (Approve, Report, Delete, etc).
- Attend to users' reports and concerns in The Brawl Vault (http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=66667.0) thread.
- Help fixing submissions (Broken Links, dead pictures/previews) with Mirrors supplied by other users in the Brawl Vault Community Support (http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=38592.0) thread.
What benefits do I get for doing this job?
- Self-satisfaction.
- You'll get a Custom User Group (With a new name color and stars).
- Ability to set a custom title by yourself.

I'll apply for the Vault Staff position. I like always checking the vault Im on here more than I should be. And I know my way around the vault. I would enjoy doing this.
I would like to be one of the Brawl Vault Staff. I always check hacks to see if they are missing anything important. Plus, I attend to people's song requests. I also would do a great job at making sure the Vault stays updated.
I wouldn't mind helping out with moderating the vault.

There's just a little more required of the Vault Staff job than just being a Vault lurker. You have to be very familiar with the Vault rules, and you have to be able to communicate well with the Vault users. Just putting that out there.

Which is why I signed up for this endeavor. I know the Vault Rules like I do my Student ID numbers (7683235, 301001, and 8511), and I'm quite the social stud. ;)

This is always a good reference to the new people and veterans to this site. :)
I will apply for a staff position. As one of my life responsibilities just got dropped I would like take my newfound time to give more to the community and the Vault. I already provide fixes to broken hacks from time to time, the power to fix them myself would make things easier. It would also give me an excuse to upgrade from 'Ninja Lurker' to 'Actual Forum Member.'

I like to do this because, apart from keeping an eye on the vault ALL day, i think i communicate well with the other users, besides i always check wha't new in the vault, everyday :D

Well aware of the fact that these exist. It's like moderating the Vault pretty much.
I always check the threads and the Vault both at least 3 times a day if there's something new.

for awhile now (well over a year or two to be honest)
I have been watching the forums looking for someone or something to help with.
I basically want to do my part, and make sure help is given where it's needed.
(Although sadly with the things going on in my life now, that has been slowed down)
But thankfully lately i've balanced it out a little and i can be online more
Now, i am familiar with the vault, i practically look at it every day to see the newly submitted hacks.
and i am also familiar with the rules for the Vault, and i'd be more than happy to help out.

I'm willing to help out with anything if possible. I've been noticing a number of broken links and stuff still on the vault, and considering I'm lurking around here most of my free time, I'd like to be able to help fix any problems.
Sure, I'll apply. I sit on this site long enough to actually want to make a difference and constantly wish I could do more to help with the site since I cannot do these hacks myself.

I would like to apply for the brawlvault staff because there are several corrections that need to be made to several submissions such as editing their hack submissions that have dead links on videos or images. Another thing, I would also like to be able to delete duplicates and everything else. I've been around about 4 years now and would like to be promoted to be a brawlvault staff member. I also want to change my username color to Laser Lemon.

I've been offline for a while but I would love to try this, I've been on and off here for a few years so I'd like to apply. It would also give me reason to check up on the site more which is always a bonus.
I think I also might have some really old hacks that might not be on the vault. So I may be able to help with that in come aspect.
I'd love to be a part of the BrawlVault staff. If you haven't already picked your men, i'd appreciate being considered.
I would love to apply for this job. I spend a large amount of time on this site looking for mods to use for my own copy of smash bros so I would love to become a bigger part of the community in that sense!

I'd like to apply for this. I've been here forever and I've helped with things in the past in both the Community Support thread and the other "Problems" thread. I'm also well familiar with how the Vault works, having been using it since day 1 for my own hacks and browsing others (I've dealt with reports and seen what a good submission should look like). Hmm.. I dont know if I want to become a staff member cuz my mac is broken and I wont be online that much (except borrow a friends computer).
I would like to apply. If anything goes wrong with my imgur account and deletes a considerable chunk of the restored pictures I donated, I could restore it myself since I have a backup of them, instead of you guys doing it all again. Plus I will help with the cause of keeping the vault in check and broken reports-free. I may not be veteran enough for this, but I'm certainly not a lurker either, I know and enforce the rules when necessary.

I actually would agree that with Scout that he be apart of the vault staff. He's pretty legit at fixing minor brawl problems and getting pics and older hacks back/into the vault. I've seen him in multiple threads talking about fixing any inconsistencies in the vault. His revamp project is also a good idea and one of the most original projects. I think the BV would benefit from his ideas.

I consider my self pretty responsible, so i won't go report things for no good reason, or spam topics. So those are some of the reasons i would like to join.

Being a Vault moderator has more to do with moderating the vault, not submitting to it.
Being an active hacker is just a favorable perk to have as a Staff.
