My question is: Is there a way to change the voices of the characters? For example, have the real voice of Shadow when used.

Voices can't be pre-loaded w/ textures. You need to edit the one file w/ all the SFX and voices.
Maybe someday, someone will get to that.
Just wondering, what do you mean by "the real voice of Shadow"?

know that Ryan Drummond is gone, accept it, embrace it, and even enjoy it, now that Jason has officially surpassed him
and David Humphrey.

I remember Sonic fans started hating the series due to the voice change...but anyway. Eggman's voice change couldn't be helped at least. The original died after all. Then again that's Eggman anyway.
If you don't like Ryan's voice that's you. Some of us do. A non-Sonic fanboy perspective would be a different argument though.

I clearly stated game voices, read closely.
Edit: Well I didn't, but you still can see I referred to the games when I spoke about 95% of the games of Sonic.)
