Well, after a massive disappearance from the community, I am back.
I'm not quite sure if this thread still belongs here (or my newest hack for that matter), if this is in the wrong section, could a moderator please move it to the right board?

Thank you Syrus63 for the Lucario PAC, and PAVGN for posting it   It's exactly what I've been looking for <3

EDIT: Silly thought, but is it possible to remove just two of Lucario's dreads? (For the obvious Riolu texture)

Sure. If you want me to make the mdl0 edit, you'll need to tell me which dreads you want removed.

Edit: Done, I've had it done for quite some time (It took 15 mins, I've worked on lucario too much). I wanted to pm you the link and keep things private but your inbox was full. You can get the edit here: http://www.mediafire.com/?zzhfwj1zdzz

I'd vote for Pharrox for making the first (as far as I know) guide for manually hexing pac files back when SSBB hacking was but a child.

Well If you are ok with It, I could give you more requests. I have a lot of hacks I want to make that require VERY specific model edits.

Alright. Send me some requests and I'll see what I can do, I have ample spare time that I've been wasting on playing other games.

Ok, So about a week ago I asked Syrus63 (I think that's his name) for a "No spikes or dreads" version of Lucario. I told him that I would post here the next day to let him know If It worked, But I never did. Well, I apologize to him for taking so long, And he'll be happy to know that It works just fine.

I'm glad to know that it works, I haven't done any MDL0 hacking in a while due to lack of ideas and my other interests.

Thanks for putting my stuff in here Jack H.
I'll try my hand at doing some requests. I'll see if a scarfless Captain Falcon is possible.

Edit: My intital tests show that removing catain falcon's scarf will be VERY hard if there are to be no holes.

custom texture? what does that make the others? :P

Well, I define a 'custom texture' as one that's not based on anything and is made on the spur of the moment (they all also have custom FitMotion files that i'll never release). My other stuff that isn't 'custom' is based off another character and made with careful planing.

Could you remove all of link's gear? As in all the brown straps on his body? :D

*edit by Jack H.* - Sadly, thiis removes link's body right along with it. Sorry about that.  :srs:

I've shown Jack H. that this possible for me to do, so i've got it in the works. I might be able to do some of those Capatin Faaclon requests too.

I have a few of these requests done, i'll have some views up tomorrow.

Yeah I tried contacting him like 2 weeks ago, and he's yet to respond

^ I assume that was meant to be outside the quotes?
Anyway, you should try contating RandomTBush again soon, I think he's doing a lot of stuff at the moment.

Thanks for uploading a shoulderless samus, I was able to compare it to one I made a while ago and figure out how you're do these. Although, I probably wouldn't have been able to if I didn't have an understanding of hexidecimal.

Could you try to get rid of the front-back symmetry on Lucas' shirt?
Anybody?

I most certainly cannot do it, thats somtihing to do with texture mapping which I have no clue how to edit. RandomTBush from SmashWoldForums might. It's from him that I learnt how to make MDL0 edits.

Now I understand. i'll do my best but it may take a while. I'll tackle that one tomorrow however, it's getting a bit late.

Alright, i'm back from a two day trip and i've already done some requests. Just so you guys know, I PM the files to people, I don't release them to the public (unless someone can convince me otherwise).

Pik, I have no idea what PokeTrainer file you looked at but it seems to me that removing his hair spikes will leave a huge hole in his head. And Shadow, mirroring Captain Falcons face mesh is beyond my ability... we could do it if we had a model importing program but by then my skills will be obsolete.

I think it's funny that Captain Falcon only has one eye, but it wouldn't be too hard to just texture one onto the appropriate possition.
I have a picture of Captain Falcon's eye from an older thread... I'll see if I can find it.

Edit: I found the picture.
