Why is it that every time I try this it messes up my PSA? (It doesn't
freeze, but the game won't load the .pac file at at all). So what am I doing wrong?

Help / Common3.pac...

Does anyone have a link to a common3.pac file? The only links I have been able to find lead to Mega Upload (which was shut down). Help would definitely be appreciated.
