Sorry, I am not too great at some of the brawl hacking that has been popping up lately. I tried multiple things and still have no luck. So here are my questions.

Sound replacement: Is there a guide for that? I have a japanee BRSAR and I Want to input the mewtwo data into it. Any guide on how to do that? I am not too knowledgeable with the programs they told me to get, and it froze when i put it into the game.
Does it work when placed in the sound folder on your SD card with file replacement?

Nice, not a difficult texture but it looks good. I'd suggest increasing the blue in his mask and shoulders a bit to closer match the picture.

In photobucket, when you go to share there should be a URL for clickable thumbnails.

You cant remove them or the game will freeze. If you want to make it blank or edit it you export the names edit (or cover it out) save that replace it and ur done

When looking through the sc_selcharacter.pac of some, they still have all the names intact but they don't show up in game. Is there some sort of file to edit that will mess with the layering or visibility?
Hmm, or is can they be made transparent if I can't figure out the above?

I don't have Photoshop, but I have GIMP.
I am not too good at textures and art programs, but practice helps. So when I come up with something decent I will post it here.

I saw that no one else did this yet, so I figured I would try.
I am not an expert at Texturing, but I tried my best.

Here it is.
I try to make brawl similar CSPs for all my hacks if possible. I also have some for textures I didn't make. Maybe I will post those too.

I edited the red that was on his back, it looks better in game, picture turned out odd, but looks good/decent.


I DIDN'T MAKE THIS VERTEX OR TEXTURE, just fixed a little part on it, figured I would share that.
If the people who created this want me to remove this,  I will.

I am trying to edit the sc_selcharacter.pac

I am trying to remove the titles/namecards above each characters selection icon.
I know Brawl - and some others have it done, and they didn't make them see through or anything.

I got my old problems mostly figured out..
So now to my new one.
I got the Character selection screen Character's name text to change... but where can I find the ones displayed during battle and at the results screen's text. Thank you.


Sorry, I didn't know where else to go..
I want to fix a few things up on my brawl ,but it's hard to find an exact guide/help with it. So please if this is the wrong place for these questions. Please direct me to the right place or help me with them.

1.Shadow the hedgehog Hack for Sonic. Is there a way to have both Shadow and Sonic working proper. Not a PSA shadow, just the fixed Shadow with his spikes up and shoes altered. It seems each one I find is either just a texture, or affects all the Sonics. I have seen pictures and videos of different "Sonics" at the same time. Is there something I am doing wrong, or do I need to download a different file? I want them all to play like regular sonic, but I want the Shadow texture to be proper with his spikes as well.


2. How do I edit the text in brawl? Say for Music, and character selection screen?I assume it has to do with hexing, but can anyone tell me which files, and what programs I should use? I have been having trouble finding a good explanation of how to do it.

3. Stage Expansion. I recently got the code for Stage expansion, so on the "melee" section of stages it adds more stages so you can edit/add your own things/subspace stages. I am not sure of how to get it to work. I haven't put any files in my SD yet for them, and I don't know what to name those anyways. I am a little clueless. I just want to be able to add more stages. Any help will do.
