I would like like to make note that Blade Beam (Down B - ground) has a rather large reach and potential for spamming...

Could you make it Guardian instead of Guardian Field?
If damage reduction is possible, do that. If not, could it you make it so he has super armor frames instead?
(it would be a useful move to dodge final smashes or as a nice panic move to avoid getting smashed)

I agree...but on DSmash?  That would be a really odd place for it, but that's where I'd been thinking of GF.

@Reiner - At the moment I'm thinking of implementing SLB for Kratos in much the same way as I implemented LB for Asch - a thrust and a lightning strike.  Casting Lightning would feel to me like exactly the same thing, sans the thrust.  I can play with graphics and try to make it feel different (and of course the damage/KB would be different too) but ultimately it would feel kind of redundant to me.  I like Lightning better as well, though, so I'm still thinking about it.  What kinds of stuff could I do to make the two moves more different?

So here's an updated moveset (also updated in the OP):
FTilt: Sonic Thrust
UTilt: Light Spear?
DTilt: Grave Blade
FSmash: Super Lightning Blade
USmash: Light Spear Cannon
DSmash: Guardian Field?

B: Fire Ball / Eruption
^B: Victory Light Spear?
>B: Wind Blade / Air Thrust
vB: Judgment

Final: Shining Bind

I'm currently looking for some good GFX for Judgment.

Instead of using Super Lightning Blade, why not use Hurricane Thrust? It could be put to use for a good combo, and it would have a different feel from Asch.

As for judgment... I haven't the slightest clue at the moment. I will continue to mull it over, though.

I don't really have much/any problem with this. In fact, I think it was well done. Though, it is a bit hard to get used to the aerial switch of D- B and N- B.

I must say, I like what you did with the U-Smash.

Climhazzard is an amazing move for combos. I would say it's quite well balanced.

The new finishing touch seems like a good change. Although, it seems quite strong - strong enough for a KO.

It seems like Fire was adjusted to a more playable level. Although, its fully charged attack still seems to be an easy KO at higher damages.

The low-level omni-slash is still quite strong, but it's a little harder to control this time around. I think that evens it out and makes it more playable.

Also, I enjoy the new sound effect for the F-Smash.

Note for Fire: Uncharged, it still has a good deal of knockback and can be abused for ledge-guarding.

I must say I enjoy this PSA, well done.

@Reiner - thanks for the comments!  A few thoughts:

* I'd love Kratos to have Thunder Blade; I just have no idea how to code it.  Also, it seems to conflict with giving him Super Lightning Blade.

* I agree that Demon Fang doesn't feel like an FTilt, but I feel like he should have it somewhere and I don't know where else.  Sonic Thrust could work, though...it would probably feel almost exactly like SLB except without the lightning, though (and less damage, ofc).

* Asch's B-Air is a false projectile and is limited by the mechanics of false projectiles.  You'll find that it stays roughly level with his feet, so if he's still ascending then so will the projectile.  I don't know how else to code it.  I could go for a little farther and faster, but when I tried giving it knockback it became way too spammable.

* Slag Assault is still really poor, I know.  Part of that is that it's gotta be a custom animation and I'm really lousy at those, but it's still on my to-do list.

* It wasn't my intention to make OL a once-per-match thing, just once every so many hits; I'll take a look.

For Thunderblade, I imagine you could probably ask Mr. N for a bit of help on that. If you checked out his work on Soren (Marth PSA) then you could probably try something Thoron-esque for his thunderblade. I'm not quite sure what you mean by "it seems to conflict with giving him Super Lightning Blade".

For Demon Fang, why not have it as a standard B?

I see, I can somewhat understand what you're getting at. However, if you slowed down the Demon Fang animation then it'll give enough time for someone to move out of it, right? Or you may want to up the damage by  1% or so.

Slag Assault is understandable.

OL, I found that it charges rather quickly. You might want to increase the number of hits before it fully charges - if you plan on having it as a multi-use/match.

Good luck with the coding. I'll be sure to test and give feedback when you do.

Brilliant. I eagerly await your next creations.

Although, Bolganone still irks me. I mean, a one-hit KO attack with no recoil and huge range. It's like a perfected Eruption.

To begin, I must say. BRILLIANT. Amazing job with the PSA: however... it seems a little overpowered (like Ike-Cloud).

Since there are a crapload of moves, I'll make a summary.

First off:

His standard, ground B-attacks... They... are completely broken (in the right situations, of course).

Rexcalibur - it spikes people who approach it from lower ground. e.g. you're on the very edge of a platform; you're going to spike anyone on the ledge. It may not be powerful, but it's constant. That brings me to the topic of ledge guarding. Just standing on the ledge and spamming Rexcalibur is brutal to all those who might try to recover.

Blizzard has a rather large range... making a counter attack from the front is just... brave (foolish).

Wind Hand is just... spammable to the point when you're keeping a good distance and doing a good 10 damage each bout.

SideSmash: You can actually spam a smash that gains ground? That's insane

Thoron: Geeze... this is pretty much a wall of electricity that tells people off the platform to stay off. It also hits everyone on the ground, ANYWHERE. That's just frightening and overpowered.

Thunder Speed: This is a spammable move that has a huge range and good movement. 15 damage/ use if you're well placed. Even if you're not, it's hard for anyone to get near you for an attack. It's just... ergh...

Bolganone: The charged one hit kill is just... It's superior to pretty much any attack in the game... Sure it takes a while to charge, but when it does, you're gone. If that wasn't enough, you have it on both sides, you're protected by explosions of brilliant proportions.

Fire Transporters: Almost 50% damage in a single use. That's just brutal. You might want to reduce the number of hits and increase the speed of it.

UpTilt: Sleep? Come on, that's just unreal. If you get it on an opponent with high damage, you just need to use it then use a Fire Smash to finish it.

Besides my complaints/QQing/bias, I'm a huge fan of the magemodding you did here. Nice work. I hope to see some more pieces from you (and possibly a V5 for Soren).

thnx for feedback i will fix it later, atm looking for help so i can improve the moveset.  It's trying to control a gfx/hitbox without moving the char. on ground.  Like neku down tilt, and down B, zelda's side b ( fireball ), or even ness's up B (PK thunder) - etc.

- i will fix the moves, and with the side smash ill try and make it a bit controllable.

Nah, don't worry about the side smash, I find it rather fun to use because it's awkward. I just think the damage should be dumbed down a bit. Awesome work with it, though.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to assist you in any way besides playtesting and commenting. God knows I'm completely new to PSAs (making them, at least).

FTilt: Demon Fang

- I don't think demon fang truly feels like a FTilt move. Maybe you could make it Sonic Thrust instead? Or Hurricane Thrust?

UTilt: Hell Pyre?

- Hell Pyre? Awesome move, as a UTilt it wouldn't feel right. Considering Hell Pyre has a bit of recoil knockback in ToS, I think Hell Pyre woudl would better as a Side-UpTilt.
-What should UTilt be then? How about Severing Wind or Light Spear?

DTilt: Fierce Demon Fang

- Hm... why not up it and put Grave Blade in?

FSmash: Super Lightning Blade

- Sounds good.

USmash: Light Spear Cannon

I concur.

DSmash: .....?

- Guardian Field, most definitely. Mr. N - Guardian Field is a PS2 exclusive arte for Kratos. In essence it's pretty much like TotA and ToV's Guardian Field. Methinks you're refering to Guardian, Damage Guard and Force Field.

B: Fire Ball / Eruption

- Hn... I never actually thought Fire spells suited Kratos. They were more Zelos's thing. Why not replace it with Lightning and Thunder Blade?

^B: Victory Light Spear?

- Victory Light Spear? I suppose.

>B: Wind Blade / Air Thrust

- Yep, it fits.

vB: Judgment?

- Judgment is a must.

Final: Shining Bind

- Shining Bind? I wouldn't dare touch it. This is perfect. (Shining Bind = win)

Pardon me, but I'd like to make some comments on Asch.

B: You might want to make it a bit faster + increased range or a bit slower + knockback.

B-Air: Its aim is rather weird. You might want to give it a bit of knockback, a couple % more damage and a better/more defined angle. When I say a better angle, think of Emil's aerial Demon Fang in ToS: Dawn of the New World.

UpB: Maybe you should extend the range. It's a rather terrible recovery... but great attack.

SideB: Lightning Blade? No complaints here.

SideB-Air: Maybe you might want to give some more height for the comboing attacks. Or you might want to give it a better combo area. (It's not the easiest thing to get a good combo in with it). It's quite a wonderful recovery, though.

DownB: Standard, can't say much about that.

A: Combo? Very nice.

SideTilt: Great idea, but to make it a bit more visually appealing, you might want to enlarge the hit box and add an upward slash animation.

DownTilt: Slag Assault? Slowing down the animation would be nice... or enlarging the range/approach.

UpTilt: Havoc Strike? Nice. However... it seems rather...  small, light (in terms of damage) and not all that useful.

Side-DownTilt: I have no clue what this is...

DSmash: Guardian Field? Maybe you might want to add a recovery effect, something like 5%/ use?

SSmash: Devil's Inferno? Nice choice and well done.

USmash: Light Spare Cannon? Erm... Perhaps you should convert it to Light Blast?

Combo: Raging Blast? Nicely done.

Taunts?: I like the idea of including OL, it's rather interesting. However, it seems that OL can only be used once/match. I suppose that works considering you're invulnerable.

You might want to include Coil/Steel for the other taunts?

anyways, those are my two bits.

Great job with the variety in the moveset. However, I'd like to comment that it seems rather broken.

SideSmash: It's rather awkward to aim, but that's cool. The part that really gets me is the fact that it can hit twice for 21% each when charged fully. That's just beastly. (15% if you c-stick it)

Side-DownSmash: Great idea with the move, but it can be abused quite easily. It has a huge range and it's rather massive in terms of damage. A good 22% fully charged. (16% if you don't charge)

UpSmash: Pretty cool light show you've got goin' there. But It seems to be a bit too much to have a bit too many hits. You can get in a good combo with it and it'll deal a crap load of damage. No charge and it does 6 hits for a total of 29 damage.

Up-ForwardTilt: Again, another awesome idea, but the damage (or hits) is/are too numerous. I mean I just set someone up for 6 hits and a total of 48 damage.

Side Taunt: Oh man... where to begin. I know you put it in for the heck of it, but it WILL be abused. 21 hits? 56 damage? It'd actually be pretty fun if you dumbed down the hits and damage.

All in all, it's an awesome PSA; I would just recommend some tweaking.

Kudos.
