Our new project page is very popular. Haha, but in all seriousness le'me jazz this up a bit.
Clock town. With the BB update some issues were solved, with the windows 10 update my computer crashed. Now its all fixed and pics are on the way! Ciao.

Just gonna but in in for a second. Are you using riivolution or gecko? The file structure is just a tiny bit different. Something to do with the xml or whatever.

Are all the textures listed in the texture node in the mdl0?

Sorry for posting almost a month after the last post, but I want to state that in the time I was  absent this as really progressed a lot. Can't help on the progression side, but I hope you can learn whatever you need. It would be sad to see this project die.

When would you need to edit .dol files? The changelog said you could open yet not edit or save.
Also I get an error when trying to add materials to a model. Is it thrown up because an error or is it just not implemented?

Well for pikachu you also need to have the edited .pac file with the edited .pcs. Don't know if that will fix picture, but pikachu should be working.

There should be some in the vault

Ahhh, by that I meant when the error pop up holding the enter key closes them as soon as they pop up.

[*protip]

Should be when you open partition1

Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.

And I wouldn't mind manually replacing each one individually if WiiScrubber didn't give me 4,000 warnings to click repeatedly.

*protip hold down the enter key ;)

Those files are in the iso and can be extracted using wii scrubber. Couldn't you just manually replace each file one by one as well?

Yeah, I agree. One more thing that shows this is just a natural happening. After you "survive" that a little, you start getting some recognition. But if you'll survive, it's up to you.

Easier said then done that's for sure

Then, veterans have a lot more stuff to explain to newbies as well. And most give up or disappear or try depending exclusively on others. That's expected. But after some time, you also realize that it's useless explaining everything because those who had to learn won't put to use what you teach, and you eventually get tired of explaining the same things over and over. Also, the veterans had like 5 years to learn all they know. Newbies will get here feeling they have to learn this until next week. That easily crushes them.

Still, I liked checking this thread. It was good to see what people think about this place.

That hits home for me with my tutorial thread. It also goes back to the fact people I've helped seem to want step by step through the whole process. That's fine and all but if they really want to learn asking for help as soon as they run into a single issue isn't good for learning. People here also see repeat questions that are constantly answered so don't bother responding. I enjoy helping them because it make me feel as if I have accomplished something but I'm not building them their mod. Those that are like that aren't going to improve fast enough for them so they stop. I've been here since the very beginning and I'm still learning due to all the new tools released and it's daunting at times but the results of the time are worth it. They just can't see that and it's killing us of the creativity of the vault.

I can eliminate the use of Brawl Wall with the new features in the model viewer right? Because Brawl Wall is a pain.

Take a screenshot in brawl box with it's screen capture in the model viewer. Then use that photo in the CSP. I'm gonna assume you already know how to make a CSP.

I doubt it's the file size so I think it's a problem with the saving or one or more csp's are bad. You could also try editing sc_selcharacter.pac and replacing it in the common5.pac

I'm sure you do but, just as a double check, you have all the codes right?
