I was looking at http://forums.dolphin-emulator.com/ and I don't see anything about this. My Wii is broken, so I'd really like to be able to play with these textures and stuff on my new PC.

I guess if you have an iso though, you can use a wiiscrubber and use this video... I'll have to do the same when I have time.
