Here's what I attempted, cause guys that normally ask for help are vague on the details and the people trying to help them are completely clueless...
Attempted with brawlbox 0.63d:
3D animation swapping 
Bone, polygons. Etc swapping 
texture swaping 
renaming "FitToonLink00.pac" to "FitLuigi00.pac" 

If anyone can help me with a tutorial or digestion asap, that would be glorious!

wow, faster then I thoght, Ty for the segestion and congrats! those names to fit perfectly and will be used in my texture pack!

Ok so I am working on a ssbb:Zelda edition, I am using allot of content on here to create it, and will hopefully bring it out next year. Ok, so I am using a mod that I downloaded of female link, and calling it Link's sister, I need a name for her, and I am using a gannon's son texture of captain falcon, I need a name for him as well, pls. Don't report me if I used your work without crediting you, I will add all creditations to the final project
