how do i unlock them using riivolution?

Im trying to get custom CSP to work. i got the in game battle pic to work and also the results pic to work but it seems as if the riivolution is not reading m my common.pac file that i have located in my systems folder help please :'(

I have different textures on sonic ex: sonic red color s shadow, and i was wondering is there a way to change each super sonic to fit the texture.
