1  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / General Hacking Discussion / Project Skylanders: Wham-Shell on: April 29, 2012, 11:37:05 AM
I know, yes. It's been many months since I've had a post here. With a sudden return, I've been having some thoughts about my last topic. While recieving mixed reception from people, I've decided to go on with the project nonetheless. While not an ideal start, I've thought of beginning with the Water Skylander, Wham-Shell.

I've had a feeling Wham-Shell would probably go over King Dedede, as his weapon insists upon him holding onto it. i.e., Wham-Shell's mace. CSP and BSP will be posted later on.

I understand your plight completely. I was really mad about this stupid, stupid game. It has no relation to the original game, and is not fun in the slightest. The spyro model, is "nothing" like the original spyro, other then being purple. Cynder was in Spyro dawn of the dragon, and it's sequel And im fairly sure, that is the only other character from Spyro other then himself. Come to think of it, has a Spyro model been imported yet? Again, like Overlord says. If you want it go for it. I just don't see alot of support coming your way bro.

I know. Better to burn than to fade away I guess. I'd be lucky to find one person who's likely to the idea.

I do appreciate your support, and I am hoping for the best of luck on it

I knew this was coming. I just thought it was ideal at the time when it came to me.

Been thinking about this for a while after the release of Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure
Having them Brawl it out. If it interests you, feel free to share ideas for this project, such as who should go over who at this time. The list is filled out for those who are interested.

he“ll open them when he gets another pose for another character
Thanks for that note. I'll keep that in mind. I'd sure like a couple few portraits myself, really.

I'M CALM!!!!!!!1!!!!!!11 I don't know why it would. I'm betting his problem is the battle portraits are compressed though.

After exporting the battle portraits, I think it must've been my CSS

Damn :\ That's a bummer. I tried.
Must be my CSS then
If thats the case, here's hoping it works
I'd have to redo every portrait I've done if this works
If elsewise, I'm just plum out of luck

Oh. The select screen. You must be using 0.64d modset of BrawlBox by Bero. Use .63d to replace portraits. Trust me, I've had this problem before.

Even after exporting the battle portraits, it still crashes.

I would restart. You already have all the images needed to make portraits (I assume); it shouldn't actually take that long to turn them into portraits again.

That just may be the case. I'll give it a shot.

I'd say export the BRRES files and reimport them. See if that works.

I'll give it a shot. Thanks! The minute I retry, I'll reply for results

Huh. That's strange Im srs here

While I was replacing portraits, at some point, a message popped up saying something about corruption. I wasn't paying attention at that time and probably missed something. In retrospect, that must've been the cause of the problem.
