i deleted tplx and the tplsplitter, same problem, and i dont see any other tpls. the files it creates when i run step2_create are both tmp files, newbin011.tmp and tcs.tmp. i cant delete them when step2_create is open, and when i close step2, delete them, and run step2 again, it just creates the files again.

i was using photoshop, so how did i screw up?

ok, im trying to make a bowser csp with cupash and photoshop. i think im doing everything right, i followed Jack H.'s video tutorial exactly (i think) but whenever i run step2_create, i keep getting two errors. It says
ERROR: big bowser5 does not have an indexed pallette.
It will be ignored.

but i already indexed the pallette and reduced the amount of colours to 72, when that didnt work i tried 62, then 50, and it still doesnt work! i even download csp's from the internet and i still get the same errors! WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON??? HEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLPPPP!!!!!!!

i had the same problem when i started, but all i did was click 'image, mode, RGB colour' for both files and it worked for me. but i was using photoshop, so if ur using gimp i cant help.
