I watched this tutorial:

Action Replay Gamecube App Tutorial for Wii (Cheat on any GC game)

and When it says its installing the CIOS it freezes [still plays the music the app does] but doesn't install anyone have any newer version of it or something that might help? Everything else in the video worked.
