Simple, get the riivolution app, go into the folder outside of your apps folder, get the ssbb patch template from either wiibrew or rvolution, put those in the root riivolution folder and riivolution in the apps folder

I know what to do with the sc_selcharacter.pac , but when I load up riivolution it does nothing at all so how should I fix it?
