GENERAL:

NAirElectric energy surrounds Mewtwo, dealing damage. Landing while doing this move will expel all excess energy stored in Mewtwo's body from this attack.

UAirDoes an attack similar to UTilt in the air, except it sends the opponents away. Fairly strong when sweetspotted.

BAirDoes a physical strike backwards for medium knock back and short range. Long lasting hitbox.
--Damage/BKB/KBG/Trajectory balancing required?
FAirClaws at the air with Psychic powers, sending opponents straight up with violent force when hit. Gains power quickly.

DAirDisperses Psychic energy downwards to send the foe plummeting to their doom.

Mewtwo concentrates a bunch of his Psychic energy into one blast.

Mewtwo scrambles the mind of the opponent who wanders too close, causing them to trip, turn around, or both!

Mewtwo passes through time and space in order to safely pass to his desired destination within range.

Mewtwo forces a large amount of psychic energy into the mind of his opponent, causing distortion and stun, but needs to regroup his energy before he himself can move again.

The Following moves are NOT part of the .pac. They MAY be edited in for alternate movesets and experiments later on.Psyburst -
Releases a shockwave of Psychic energy around Mewtwo. Used as a "GTFO" move.
Psychic - Fires a projectile similar to Din's fire, but slower and smaller. When it explodes, it does no damage, just pushes the opponent in the opposite direction from the explosion.

Balances are all that remain at this point, aside from the obvious need for model importation. I'll work on cosmetic changes when I think its a good idea, but other than minor balance work and sound effect changes I think I'll be all done and release a balanced 0.5 Beta Pac, finish up some final changes based on data gathered from 0.5, and release the fully furnished 1.0.
2.0 will feature Mewtwo's model and animations.
