Removed the Menu hack and went to Stadium/Target Test; game still froze.

Tried without hacks, it worked.
I think it's a problem with my common3.pac. I did one round just fine, then I changed around the common3, and that's when it started.

EDIT: I took out common3.pac, still froze. Another suspect eliminated ._.

EDIT2: Deleted Info.pac in info2 and it worked! YAY!

It just started yesterday, and I'd like to know how to fix it. ._.

Prime suspect: Menu Hack

I really want to use this skin but I have no idea where to put the file on my SD card. I've tried placing it in G:/private/wii/apps/RSBE/pfmenu2 and G:/private/wii/apps/RSBE/pf/menu2 and G:/private/wii/apps/RSBE/pf/menu. If it helps, it's named "menumain.pac". Do I need to change the name, or move it to a different directory?

I don't know, but I looked into the SSBB iso and I think it needs to be either in the /menu directory as menumain_en.pac or in /menu2 as mu_menumain_en.pac . Let me know if either of those work out for you.
I'm just guessing, though, since I've never done a menu hack before.
