1  Help & Tutorials / Help / Re: CSP Error: Doing Weird "Scrolling" on: November 11, 2009, 10:25:49 PM
hmmm looks like the same size to me so thats not the problem. i use to do the same method u are using right now but its kinda buggy sometimes. i always had trouble with the fifth kirby portrait and one of Dedede's portrait. so why not use BrawlBox instead?

What exactly is BrawlBox? Is there a different way to do CSPs? The only one I'm familiar with is to use CUPASH =X

Here's the .tga that's messing up (this is the only one I'm using right now): http://www.mediafire.com/file/fyxktydgnjd/pikachu4_big.tga

I reconverted the .tga using your CUPASH files, and the same error is happening =/ My CSP is split and "scrolling". Literally all I did was copy the .tga over to your newfiles, ran Step2, renamed Common5, and the copied it to the appropriate spot on my SD card. Not sure what to make of this...

I followed the CSP creation video guide to much success: I got my CSP created, converted, transferred and even loaded on Brawl; however, for some odd reason, it's "scrolling" my image. To be more precise, it's like the game has shifted my image to the left and put the "cut off" part over on the right in the dead space. It's a bit hard to explain, so here's an image demonstrating what's happening:

I haven't been able to find any threads or videos mentioning this bizarre error. There weren't any errors to make me believe something went wrong in the Step2 process, and I double checked the .tga file after running Step2 - it's free of errors. It appears as it should. I have TexConv and ntcompress... I'm really at for ideas. Has anyone encountered this error before?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help =)
