yeah it would not bee alll that hard and there is a stage like that in brawl vault but with out him so ill be makeing the same stage

When I add the files, Ivysaur's solar beam doesn't show up plus he freezes.  When I use squirtle, his water gun doesn't work.  I can't figure out how to get it to work without PM's code set.

I was wondering if anyone would know how to incorporate the Ivysaur hack from Project M 2.5 without having to use Project M?  Using an Ivysaur that can shoot Solarbeam would be sweet!!
