Hello everyone/anyone who happened across this post. I only made this account solely to ask my question, so I'll skip right to it:
Whenever I try to get a PSA to work (e.g. "Platinum Cloud over Olimar" or "Skull Kid over Toon Link"), it never works. I've followed the instructions to the letter, yet my Wii still lets out that horrific beep.

I'm using patch 4.3 PAL (which I've heard is not good for homebrew), installed homebrew through letterbomb and am using Riivolution with Balanced Brawl. I think those are all the details...
