the .rel's four of my characters just don't work anymore

ok so i screwed up about a year ago when i had no clue what i was doing and tried to use .rel files on PAL so if anyone could give me a download link for the source files that'd be great

well that sucks... i can't find them anywhere else...

i clicked on the PAL source files and it said file not found whats going on?

oh well that stinks...

Yeah i was wondering if that was it or if I was just an idiot noob with no skills...

every time a get a PSA with a module it doesnt work(freezes game)
im putting them in the right spot and everything why do they not work???????????
im such a failure...

ive already changed almost every character in some way not really an option
guess ill have another 8 hour download and replace all the files with originals

PAL running it on dolphin

the game flips out and freezes
i replaced the .pac and .pcs files one has a replaced .rel
im a noob obviously forgive my inadequate abilities in this area
 

i have broken 3 of my characters and want to restore them so i can put something that works over them...
