It's fairly simple. I had the same issue before.
If you're running Riivolution for NTSC, it would go in...

(SD CARD)>Private>Wii>App>rsbe>pf>movie

If there is no "movie" folder, then make it, and put the file in there.


I'm sure the same thing for applies for Gecko users, though I'm not sure.
