Is there anyway I can create my own custom character, fully new rigged and modeled, not imported from another game? If so please point me in the general direction.

yep, i have ambipom? from PokePark i just need his animations and sum of his moves i used pachirasu from pokereplacement and i used Piplub from Brawl soi think im all good i'll have to look up some movesets on Wikipedia i quess im not a pokemo fan sorry it oesnt have blood
