From a lot of searching, I found Slayer's 4shared account. He has both 1.D and 1.E1 uploaded on there.

You have to make an account first.
Just scroll down the box on the right, and look for the 5 separate parts.  These are for 1.D
There's also a download for v1.E1 (The newer version) But it's a single download for 1 GB in size.
