This is Shiny Pichu. It's a texture hack of Star's Pichu model. The wrinkles on Pichu's face is hardly seen and makes the current textures look ugly and "25 years older" compared to this. I think this should be Pichu's primary costume replacement. Looks a lot like the Pichu plushie I own that's behind me! (Except it has no spike ear in game)
Download is at Brawl Vault as usual. It's easy to find. It shouldn't add any huge bytes to the already large folder of this pack.

Randomchu is not a character but a mod that alters Pikachu's (Or in this case Pichu's) moveset knockback to be random. His Down Special, Fair, and I believe his back throw is the only moves that hurts himself. But for only 1 - 5% depending on the move. It goes over FitPikachu (FitPichu). Also, I would suggest changing some of Pichu's special moves if your team knows anything about custom animations. It's a personal suggestion, but Pichu shouldn't be a clone this time around because of the new electric moves Pichu can use in the new games.
From the time I downloaded this, the updated version's link had nothing in it so I just downloaded 3.5 and assumed that would be latest version until a while. So yeah, I was using an outdated version... Sorry for wasting your time again.
Anyways, you should try the Randomchu PSA for Pichu.
Costumes for the vanilla characters where they look like different characters (Such as Ice Climbers in a Plusle and Minun/Minun and Plusle costume) like PM Patt Edition, but don't remove the original first costumes while you are at it.

I don't wanna use the other packs and I wanna make my own, however it seems like whenever I am "Done" with adding in the CSS and the Clone Engine it's like I am missing something such as when I play as my BrawlEx character, it takes FOREVER to go to the stage select screen compared to the others, and their icons are the wrong color format. Can someone make a pre-made Brawlex pack? I would like it completely vanilla, no edits to the character select screen, character art, character edits, and one BrawlEx character. Can be Pichu, Megaman, Dr. Mario, Cloud Strike, anyone.
Also, I use a 4GB SD Card from my 3DS in case you are curious.
For some reason, I am quite fond of this brawl hack. Sure, it's OC princess paradise, but it's a well done hack. I'm glad to see some male reps in here. Counted 12. With the girls (23), that's a whole bunch of characters... and effort made. Good job. (BTW, You probably need BrawlEx)
I'm talking like Model imports, texture, PSAs, all into one one character. I would like to see a tutorial on making a full fledged character in chronological order. Since my Super Smash Bros game isn't gonna be out til two years or so (Because I suck at making games) I might as well give the community a bit of a taste of what one of the newcomers would be.
A balanced Pichu, Smaller get hurt box, different attacks from his arsenal of moves from the game, stronger attacks. I hate having to stay away from my weakness, cuteness. I wanna play as Pichu, I wanna play as a decent Pichu for once.
