I've downloaded Tryst's "Dinted Blue SeaSS" and am currently using it on a PAL Wii as my CSS, but I don't have a SSS yet, and would like something that looks similar and works on a PAL Wii, even if it's just the background that's the same. I have no idea how to create one myself, and I'd be useless at trying to do it even if I did have an idea.

Can anyone please help me? I'll give credit to you if anyone asks where I got it (I'll be taking my Wii to tournaments)
