This might seem like a dumb question to someone who knows how, but I've looked up this question a lot and I have found no easy way (without buying ISO programs) to use brawl hacks from the Vault on Dolphin. It would be great for me if someone helped me with using hacks with dolphin.

In Project M, it is possible to select the Wifi Waiting Room (replaced by the Training Room) without any codes being used, and it even has custom icons and portraits. Is there any way to do this in vanilla brawl, without any codes?
