I have AIM (AlcTrv) if that makes it easier

I just got into this, and all I want to do is set up the portraits in game for downloaded textures so I know which is which. In the future I hope to make my own, but that's not my main concern right now.

So I downloaded [MeowMix]CUPASH_v1_0_LEGAL, unzipped, acquired ntcompress.exe and texconv.exe and put them in the main folder. Ran step1_extract.bat, that filled up my textures folder.

I downloaded the madworld ganon, renamed it to ganondorf2_big.tga and put it in newfiles, open up step2_create.bat, and the msdos screen popped up for a second or two then disappeared.

Now if I go to "new files" there is no longer a system file, and there is nothing in the info or menu files.

What am I doing wrong?
