To be honest I'm not quite sure what a GTC file is.

I'm having issues modding my characters. I have the home brew channel, riivalution, geko, and the wiibrew browsing channel already on my wii. I was positive I placed the folders In the right place, but my mods still are not working. I was attempting to mod my Ike Into cloud. I've downloaded a code from this website but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I have little to no knowledge on codes, computers and hacking. I'v watched many tutorials and read many noob how tos, but I'm still not getting it.  I'm extremely sorry for being such a dweeb.
