Today I've been trying to install a bunch of stage hacks and all the ones with out rel files (with a few exceptions), but they've worked for the most part. Except for any stages with rel files, I know that this is because I have a PAL Wii and all the rel files on brawl vault are NTSC. I found a topic where someone linked to a mediafire link with every PAL rel file, but that is down now and I've tried out http://www.lakora.us/rel/ this website multiple times but the game freezes when loading the stage no matter what.

I put the pac file into the melee folder and the rel file into the module folder and no success. What am I doing wrong, if I am doing it incorrectly.

I've come across this website before, do I just select Europe and then download that rel?

Lately I've been getting in to brawl hacking and have been trying to install custom stages to my game. But because I have a PAL wii its been difficult trying to get stages to work. I've been trying to find a solution and I found this topic:

Apparently someone had posted all the rel PAL files on mediafire, but when I click on that link it tells me that it is an invalid or deleted file. I was wondering if there was anyone to get past this or if anyone has all the PAL rel files and could put them up again, the guy who posted the link to the rel files was last active in march last year so I can't contact him as far as I know.
