alright, so i have this Shadow mod that came with voices... but they are all in Hex files... and Project M cant use those, not to mention that im using disc-less since my Brawl disc is really scratched up, so how do i make these a sawnd? ive done voice replacements before, but just, not with Hex files.... oh and if you want to check out the mod, here it is... http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=14811

is there any way to add Dragonite & Gyarados back in? because i liked them & idk how to use brawlex clone engine, nor can i add CSS slots :/
