Don't know if this qualifies as 'help thread' material since I don't actually need help hacking, but I'm just posting to see if anyone knows a good PSA that includes an ability to slow (or preferably freeze) time for other characters. Doesn't bother me if it's overpowered or a 'god' PSA or what, I'm just trying to find one. Help and links would be appreciated if you could provide any.
