Sorry guys! Pichu bros was already decided and then it is now scrapped for Hammer Bros instead. I'll post a download for the model if anyone wants to use it in game. Warning! It was a full swap. So using it as a one-swap may cause problems.
After thinking it over for a bit, I decided I should do only one or the other. So which will it be? Pichu Bros? Or Plusle and Minum? ... OMIGAWD. I'm so stupid. How do you add polls?
@GaLoT: That hurt my feelings But I can see why you would though. Pichu has been in the series already. I could make this plusle and minum move-set after this one. If people want it, I'll start it after the first Pichu BETA is released.

Okay I want to help with the move-set but i need to ask few questions.
1 - What is the range of attack your going for?
2 - Is it possible to have one IC move after another. (Example: if i press A with popo he will swing his hammer, but not nana. Then if i press A again Nana will swing but not popo.)
3 - What Style of game play are you going for?
(Example: Balanced, Speed, Power, or Flight)
4 - Are you making completely new animation or ripping Pikachu's?
1-Any, depends on the idea

There's a theory someone can help me try out. In PSA, there's an animation for each sub-action. If I make some animations I want Nana to do that's different than Popo, I could change what the animation it plays.
@Alses They use an un-edited Pikachu model and animation re-sized to look sorta-like Pichus.
About the Up-B, I've seen on the Mario climbers that it rocket launches them. If I could make the vertical movement lower maybe I could just keep it. I need a better look at the ICs Pac file. Plus I can't vertex because I don't have 3DS Max. If someone could do that for me that would be great.
Need move-set ideas people! The Nana-Popo problems seem to be under control. So give me those ideas! 8D
So I've started this project last month and scrapped it and now starting it again. So I need Ideas, mainly for the move-set.

Ideas so far: AA-Combo: A: A head butt - Should have barely any knock-back. AA: An weak tackle - with good knock-back for distancing F-tilt:on they feet they spin slight forward like dancing doing multiple hit damage D-tilt:a small discharge of electrical releases around they bodies U-tilt:jump into the air doing a front flip, done like sonic's up smash but without the multiple hit damage F-Smash:They become small balls of lighting and tackle forward D-smash: A large ball of Lighting surrounds them doing multiple damage (Think Blanka from street fighter) U-smash:A large spark of electric discharge from above them U-air:they flip rapidly doing multiple hit damage knock them up on the last hit. D-air:should should shoot straight down, like kirby d-special knocking them upward but can cancel out of it after a couple of frames. F-air:The should front flip but knocking enemies down *N-air: - Both Pichus send out a mid-range electrical discharge around them and take 1%. Fairly quick but knockback is minimal. Mostly for interrupting slower aerials. Both do 3% for 6% total.* B-air: - The Pichus do a flip backwards, smacking the foe with their heads. Slightly larger start-up than most of their other attacks but still fast compared to most of the cast. One headbutt does 6% for a total of 12% should both hit. Fairly large knockback. N-Special:a small spark of lighting in front of them like pichu's f-smash from melee and just a effective, but the attack should lag in the same area for a few extra frames. D-Special:should be chargeable and should be shot off like cannon balls, but works like captain Falcon D-Special both on the ground and in the air. U-Special: Be like an electrical teleport, moving like Zelda's, but leave a trail like Pikachu's only being able to hit only at beginning and end of the special attack. S-Special:should work like pikachu up-special but only side ways that cancel if on ground so this can be done repeatedly but with no knock-back, and low damage like fox's lasers, in the air it goes into special fall. can still attack like Sonic, or snake out of they're up specials. Final Smash:Lighting Shower, should send bolts of lighting down randomly at stage like rain. misc:
