does anyone know of a program that can do one of the following...

1.  Extract .arc files (I want the model/textures in Super Mario Galaxy 2, but all the files are .arc

2.  Extract .fsys (Again, models/textures, but for Pokemon Battle Revolution, all the files for the pokemon are .fsys)

Yea i reduced it to the minimum of even looking ok, and its still not the same size as the old one.

Is there a way to reduce the filesize of an image without reducing the dimensions so I can keep the filesize of sc_selmpa.pac at or below the original.

If there isnt a way, how bout a way of compressing sc_selmap.pac?

Every single stage hack freezes now for some reason.  They never have till about a week ago and its getting annoying now.

PS:  Im using Brawl minus 1.6 NTSC 4.3u, using USB Loader GX.
