dude just download the code manager at the Total noobs hacking guide its below the gecko stuff and then copy the code and open the code manager ( you must open the file with a skull) then you have 2 put game ID RSBE01 is 4 brawl
then where it says game name you put brawl
then you must copy the numbers and put the same name of the code where it says name code then.... lol you must store the data then add a code then you mark the code and export 2 GTC and done!

If the that doesnt work idk whats your problem and 4 the brstm file
you must have the file like this
Example:
X01.brstm

i had the lost wood stage hack and it works good

i remember when i didnt know stuff lol and i wasnt all negative
you will laugh when your hacks work i know dude it happened 2 me i couldn t get stages and stuff 2 work and i just read the Hacking guide and i get it all so..... read! lol

Hey Im new to this site and 2 hacks lol i got homebrew and all the stuff but I can just use my hacks in brawl+ and I wanted to format my SD Card Again but now it says that its write  protected so... what i DO!?
