Ok, I want to try to do my own Character texture and I'm wondering How do you even do it? I wanna Make a Beaten up Mario, Do I need a certain program? Can someone please help me?

I beg someone to help me, how do you change what the ray gun shoots out? I saw cds and pokemon being shot out of them but I wanna do bullets instead. How do I fix this. Please somebody give me an answer I really need to know.

I hacked Sonic into Shadow and when I went to get Shadow off Sonic was completely gone. How do I get Sonic Back???

My first question is How do you get hacked charecters to show up at the title screen and game? I see video's where there's Shadow Sonic and Knuckles at the select screen and fighting in the same match at once. Can somebody tell me how that works??

for my second question is there any other mobster textures for the fighters. I found Wario Mario Luigi and the evil guy from Zelda.
