I am a total noob at this and I have just started playing/installing my first few texture hacks. But I am having trouble with combine two texutre's at once (if that makes any sense). So basically what I want is this toon link presented in bigsharkz video here:

I know it consists of Pinstripe toon link by Monkunit

SkullKid (Majora's mask Hi-res) by DrPanda

I know that because in SkullKid (Majora's mask Hi-res)'s description states:
"(Also added BigSharkZ's Majora's mask import, to save downloading multiple files)"

So basically my question is how to "import" the majora's mask .pac onto the pinstripe .pcs?
