I've tried it with a physical disc, CFG, and USB Loader GX. None of them load brawl. Gecko loaded the codes and then my wii just froze like it always does. Help?

Edit: Ok, so I installed USB Loader GX and the problem I'm having now is that it won't load my games. Screen just goes black...

EDIT 2!: Loaded it without Ocarina on, but of course, no modded menus.

I downloaded ASF1nk's codes before USB Loader GX and the codes from there. IF I ever get this to work can I use those codes with Ocarina?

EDIT 3!!!: So get this, I was looking up this problem some more on google, finally found a recent thread, and BeyondYou, you happened to have helped the gentlemen out. I tried using my Configurable USB Loader but I got the exact same result as using GX. Black Screen... and after updating CFG, the screen looks like it wants to load, but nothing happens.

I'm using version 56 (release), that runs from the Hombrew Channel, not GX.

I'm only trying to do main menu, CSS and SSS hacks, and maybe Giga bowser and company or whatever, but they don't seem to be even loading at all, got the cheats loaded to my sd and gecko is loading them but nothing changes in Brawl...
Maybe I should redo the process?

Hey everyone, I'm new here and read the "Complete N00B's Guide to Hacking Brawl" and one thing I couldn't figure out is if I needed an actual disc or not, because I'm using USB Loader to Load Brawl. So far, none of the hacks are working, I've done everything the guide explained... any help?
