I tried but everytime I used samus final smash in brawl the first time nothing happened then the second time it got stuck which animation am I supposed to use?

Does anybody know how to find the external graphical effect in hex editor? If so can you please help me find it because it says goto file temp9 in hex editor after opening psa i've opened a psa n yet i dnt see a temp9 please help me.
