Assault version, ah yeah XD Grin

Couple of things I need to fix, such as the double holsters, easy as pie (the symmetry mod is both a blessing and a curse lol).

Whoa, I think you mean Goku. Mewtwo is loved due to his movie appearance and Melee. We don't hold him thaf high. We just want him back in Smash bros. Geno and Goku don't really have a chance. Shadow doesn't either. Waluigi should of had a chance...

There's always DLC, but I'm personally not a big fan of Mewtwo, blaspheme, I know.

*refuses to flame you*

I love the game, but I agree with Geno. And his support for Smash titles is absurd in my eyes. Tongue

Same here, people hold him with ridiculous regard, same with Mewtwo

*puts up flame shield, no wait, hires a flame phalanx*

Yep I do.

Something me, Zaard and The_Randomizer's been working on for Halloween. At least we tried to be creative, unlike these Original the Characters...

Hey, maybe people will start downloading my hacks again Laugh

I kid, I kid Grin  Working on it now Grin

Did you ever manage to get TwinRova?
81  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Model Imports / Re: WIP Workshop on: September 18, 2014, 11:17:21 PM

Diancie is coming soon. Recolors are also done. The only 2 problems I have with her are;

1- her arms; they are twice as shorter than Peach's, so they might look messed-up, but they work fine.
2- Her eyes ane NOT animated. I'd be very grateful if someone tells me how to animate the eyes of a Peach model port.

Using the smooth groups in 3DS Max can help get rid of the blockiness in the normals.

A mod I wish to work on after I work on Kritter (getting ahead of myself, I know lol), that being said...thank you, symmetry mod!

Over Snake, I'd hope. (:

Nice.

I think what he's trying to get at, or at least what I'd recommend, is something called "ambient occlusion". In short, that's just a term for adding shadows to places where shadows typically appear in nearly all lighting situations (such as defining muscle creases or where his lower torso and pants intersect, for instance). Brawl textures to this a lot and it's very noticeable, but most probably don't know a term for it. It's easier to do this on a different layer above the texture in the texture's .psd file to prevent messing with the original texture.

Yeah, he PMed the details on what I'm to do and I get the general idea, but getting it just right is proving to be very tedious and difficult. One thing I won't do is adding spec maps or shine as doing that to all the textures on him will not be easy, heh.

Rather good start. Now it just needs shading.

Look up Layer Masks, and try copy and pasting the brighter green parts of the scales and adding a layer style to it and mess around with it some. You won't be disappointed.

So combine the dark and light scales into a different layers? Then mess with layers' transparency/opacity?  Could you further elaborate? This better be worth it...

not bad

Again, bear in mind that my texture "editing" skills are sub par at best (if you can call them "skills"), that being said, I'd rather do something than keeping the super bland original textures.
86  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Model Imports / Re: WIP Workshop on: September 13, 2014, 11:00:05 AM
Not exactly sure I like the second version of the scales, love the belly & pants, maybe if you still have the previous scales, that can be an alternate version so it matches with Tabuu's K Rool?
Also, you said he was over a character with a hunched back, don't remember if you said who, so is it Wolf? That's the first character that came to mind and I know you're familiar with his bone tree after doing lots of Wolf imports.

Yeah, I have the first version (the King K. Rool textures, the darker one) alongside the belly textures as well as the improved slacks textures, that I can use Wink

Edit: Here it is, the better stomach texture, as well as the improved pants (need to open image in new tab to see the full view), and the darker scale textures I've used before  Grin

Loving those textures man! I only have complaints about the pants. You should consider taking MarioFan's advice.

Look closer, I used Luigi's pants texture and blended it with brown to match the color while keeping the roughness, open the images in a new tab so it shows the full res, then compare it to the original earlier in this page. Trust me, I changed the pants and yes, I did take MarioFan's advice. Look closer/zoom in, I did change the pants from the flat look to using the Luigi one but blended with the brown.
88  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Model Imports / Re: WIP Workshop on: September 12, 2014, 10:19:55 PM
Stomach looks fine to me, but the pants do look out of place compared to the scales, depending on if it's a solid texture (probably is) and how the pants are mapped, could use an existing pants texture like Ness's pants or Luigi's overalls.

Yeah, the textures I've used on King K. Rool and Kalypso, but the pants do need a better texture. Hopefully, I can find something decent to fix it up.

You should give the stomach and pants detail as well.

Well, hopefully, I can find a means of fixing it up somehow.

Edit:  A possible finalized texture for the stomach and pants, still messing around some:

Edit 2: Trying to "texturize" it a bit

I just need help making her look like she's in her Pirate attire lol~

Ah, yeah, unfortunately, that's outta my league; in-depth editing is something I suck at.
90  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Model Imports / Re: WIP Workshop on: September 12, 2014, 08:51:56 PM
Lol, you saved me the trouble. I was gonna make one when you released him lol. Thanks!

And yeah...

Just need help on her texture. Any takers?

Oh the textures? Heh I found a few tricks to doing it pretty quickly, using an older hack of mine for a reference Wink Next character I was gonna do is King K. Rool, but no point since that's been done by Tabuu. None of my hacks could ever, well, you know.

What's wrong with Peach's textures? I don't really know, ah, anything complex about editing them.

Edit: If someone wants to add shine/spec maps, they can go ahead, but good luck doing it to several textures lol.
