xD Commando isn't an animation, it's a job class. The job classes are:

Commando (Physical Attacks)
Ravager (Magical Attacks/Spells)
Saboteur (Status Aliment Spells; "Poison")
Sentinel (Defender, take hits and makes all enemies attack them and only them)
Synergist (Status Boosting Spells; "Protect")
Medic (Healer; "Cure)

We want to just focus on Lightning's MAIN classes:

Commando, Ravager, and Medic.

Okay, now, I tested everything, and I'll do what I did last time, analyze each move somewhat (things that are in RED should be worked on next):

First off, we are going to use the Wait 2 animation shyguy made. I like it better, looks more like the game version. Hopefully it won't be too hard to change the animations back to this one after each move.

A A A Combo - Good for now. Still feels somewhat tacky. What I want to do is be able to make this flow perfectly, like two slashes, and a spin and bringing down the sword with both hands as the last hit. Still, good for now. Thanks for making it "slash" instead of CLOBBERIN' TIME!

Dash Attack - Doesn't seem to phase opponent yet again. Maybe we can make her slide?

Forward A - Still, WAY too fast, this move needs more start up lag.

Up A - Awkward, but does the job.

Down A - Looks like she tries to jump and doesn't, and an attack comes out. Not sure what you tried to do there.

Up Smash - LOVED IT! It works perfectly! The jump thing actually works just fine. The animation is perfect, and the effects are too. Everything but one thing about this move made me flail with joy - I think if you don't charge the move at all, you shouldn't jump. It was annoying hitting a person and automatically jumping a certain height: I couldn't reach them. Still awesome, awesome, awesome!

Down Smash - See Down A.

Forward Smash - WOW! Amazing idea of a double-hitting Sparkstrike! The animation needs perfecting, but still pretty much flawless. Didn't seem like a useful kill move, try to think of Zelda's Forward smash in terms of Power.

Nair: This is nice, but we need to take out the first hit - I like the idea of this move being SOMEWHAT like Peach's Nair: GTFO move. I still want the animation of this move, just the last hit.

Dair: Needs to be something original, however, it was fun too use this move on Marth (who I tested against) because he'd be knocked in the air as I landed, giving me time to charge Launch a bit so I could hit him again, jump, and lead into Uair. The feeling is so great! Haha. Maybe change into something like Link's Uair, but opposite direction. Idk.

Uair: Don't like how we are mainly using Marth's animations: however, this move first perfectly, as she does this in the game. Nice work.

Bair: Still the awesome GTFO/Main move I used.

Fair: Much improvement! Comes out quick and pushes them away. Nice.

B: DON'T PUSH IT! However, we need to get started on having at least SOMETHING for specials. I like the original idea you had for Fire.

Forward B: Same as above.

Up B: If Aero is too hard, we can do Watera. Something like Squirtle's Up B.

Down B: Starting to think Cure is over powered, no matter how awesome. I'd still like to try it though, if not, Maybe Ruin? Projectile, something like Falco's Blaster: Stuns you. Also thinking about Maybe Putting Daze/Pain/Fog here. Daze renders you incapable of doing anything for a very short period of time, so maybe like Mewtwo's - you have to be dead on close.

In conclusion, GOOD GOOD WORK! I'm so proud we've gotten this far! GO PROJECT LIGHTNING! *high fives*

Lol aw! It's SO exciting! I never dreamed this would happen. Now we actually have her model in the game, with a great, great team put together. I couldn't ask for anything better!

Okay, I got your message!

In the first wait animation, I love how the arm and back are arched, you got that perfectly. I also like the realism from the "breathing".

But, I also love the footing the the second wait animation.

SO ALL THAT SHOULD CHANGE:

Make the arm in wait 2 as high as in wait 1. Overall, perfect. I'm so excited you're working with us! Anything else you might want to work on, would be her B moves.

Fire (Firaga) doesn't need to be changed. I like the original idea you had - that it's chargeable, and travels along the ground.

How I think it should work is this:

First of all, if an enemy comes into contact, it explodes. that's where the damage is dealt.

Secondly, charging DOES not effect distance - just power.

And how will I see the new animations? Haah.

Well, maybe Ravage. It's Blitz when a Ravager is present in your party. The only difference is it's stronger, and they jump up just a tad (think Falco's short hop, REALLY close to the ground) and spin while jumping, then they swing their weapon with more power behind it when they land. When they land, they don't spin while on the ground. It's like a roundhouse in a way. You spin BEFORE you kick because it builds power.

No, I'm sorry. But the moves are staying the way they are, not to be rude. Cure is a "special" move. I don't like PSAs with Upsmash being "meteor" or things like that - it's a special move.

Or she appears out of a thunderstorm or something.

We need to get down her battle pose first. I cannot stress that enough. If it's not perfect I'll [censored] about it til kingdom come. xD

Well, Aero is already completed so to speak. Hollow made it like a teleport move, and I prefer that. (: Lightning jumps at a blinding speed anyway, so it sounds awesome.

Also, not to be rude at all, but Lightning's Wait animation shouldn't be hard to do. If you have been watching videos enough, you'd see that she's really laid back in her animation.

In this video its REALLY easy to see her wait animation.
