Not super useful. There are some tools for modding  that require some files from it, but as a whole, not very useful.

Soneek has told me he's looking for programmers to improve Smash Custom Music. A new previewer sounds like a good idea. Maybe get in contact with him somehow once your plan has come to fruition?

I wasn't talking about uploading on YouTube either. I was asking really just for viewing random YouTube videos. Would it be possible to have a hacked system and use the YouTube app on the Wii U for viewing purposes?

/u/chncdcksn was nice enough to set up a DNS server for all of us that also blocks Nintendo URLs. However, the cool thing here is that it does not block YouTube - so you can enjoy YouTube on your Wii U and still block updates from Nintendo! This is a nice alternative DNS server. (You still will not be able to access the eShop through this. If you want eShop access, check out the Various Things section.)

If you guys weren't aware, Smash Custom Music's YouTube channel, BrawlBRSTMs3 has been stolen by an anonymous Chinese hacker. He is now claiming it as his own to monetize off the name.

Soneek has done everything he can to try and get the YouTube channel back. However, the hacker has changed everything. The log-in password, the security questions. Everything has been changed.

The thief claims that the channel wasn't hacked, according to the latest video.



He's lying. He's straight out lying to make us look bad and to shift the blame away from him.

However, our thief is pretty stupid. Soneek has posted evidence against him on Twitter to show that the thief is doing a bad job at covering his footsteps.

However, the website is fine. It hasn't been compromised.

For the mean time, if you are subscribed to that channel, please please PLEASE unsubscribe from that channel as to not support his crooked way. We have moved to SmashDSPs. Subscribe there instead of BrawlBRSTMs3.

God help us all.

Yeah my interests in Brawl hacking really died off, so my activity here also became very small.  But after I started checking out Smash Wii U hacking, I wanted to see where this place stood in regards to it.

Anyway, I did check out GameBanana, but some users at GBAtemp.net stated that it wasn't a good place, so I also checked the new sm4shmods.com website, but it doesn't have that much to offer right now.

Basically, the only brick wall keeping me from sharing any hacks that I make is a reliable hosting site.

GameBanana's the best we got right now. However, there's a million help threads on there because people don't know how to use Google or join a Discord server.

I haven't been around here for months, but I have recently jumped onto the Smash Wii U hacking bandwagon myself.

I've first managed to dump my Smash Wii U ISO, and then I used the proper tools to compose my first texture hack for the game.

It's a shame that there aren't a lot of places to talk about Smash Wii U hacking.

im having trouble setting up the home brew launcher. once i do the exploit it loads into loadiine instead of the home brew launcher, any idea what to do?

Just go here with the Wii U's browser. Works for me every time.
