Is it possible to load smash mods through a USB as an SD card? I'm NOT asking how to use an SD card and USB Loader in conjunction.

I want to know if it's possible to have mods load directly through a USB, even if it means having a file on my SD card to redirect the system to the USB, it's only more logical as they tend to have more space, after 7 (8?) years of Brawl modding, this has to have been done by now.

If anyone can help me with doing this, thank you.

This was original going to be a Project M custom build, but there are so many and I thought, you know what? This is getting designed for VBrawl. Also this has received a reboot, this will start as a hack pack of sorts but evolve its own game-play mechanics!

Ok, I'm sorry for no updates, I really am, I am working on Christmas Mods atm and have had little time to do this stuff I am also staring a Youtube channel, I will work on this in time, also the trailers on my channel are being removed as this project wont be using others mods as much as it was back then. I restarted SSBF because as I added stuff it was becoming more of a modpack than a project, when I started I wanted this to be unique, now, I'm gonna make that happen!

I finally got mods working on dolphin, what! It's so laggy its unplayable. 

I looked up how to make it run it all faster and got Razer Game Booster, sadly its still too slow to enjoy it.

Can anyone run me through things quickly for me, Youtube has been no help. 

I need help last night I was playing hacked brawl via riivolution but today the game wont start, if anyone knows or think they know what the problem is tell me because im new to this stuff and its always bad to fail especially on Easter.
