I don't mind leaving the icons unreplaced. I'm concerned with getting the characters themselves to work.
wait, do you mean that when you select -for example- warioman, is actually wario who shows up in the battle?

well... replacing the actual Character Selection Screen icons for those guys is impossible still at these days; you could figure out who is who
the repeated bowsah is Giga
the repeated captain is red alloy
the repeated mario is yellow alloy
the repeated zelda is blue alloy
the repeated kirby is green alloy
and the repeated wario is warioman

the  model was rigged over Samus, so I think its over Samus
btw this is PSA is going to be epic...

1.does he have a eye-yellow bone, if he doesnt than there is no special effect for FS
2.U can do the eyes seperate, just add a "edit normals" modifier to the eye object and fix the normals, that can be done anytime even after rigged...
3. 11,000 is the maximum polys for any character(i think).  Are the pikmin inside Olimars Pcs?
If so try to get the 3 pikmin plus Kerokerokero on that limit...

because my guess is they are characters that share the same rel all 4 of them  so they are like transforming chars, thats why you cant rel por over the pokemons,bowser,zelda/sheik tranforming chars have a diferent rel that has several instances and what not.
I remember that from jasonvalle's attempt to port marth over them, why not trying something like that?; considering them... indeed, like 1 single character?

so why would we port an alloy over a character? unless the alloy could get multiple pac files like since they have  independant pac files and motions i dont see the point lol i really wich we could rel port over them and have 4 diferent psas Tongue
I was going to ask something similar to that, why isnt the perfect rel over the zacko crew possible?

the original stage expansion incluides the codes it actually needs to work...
