The thread to post all your ideas for changes and improvements to the board. New options, moderation stuff -- if it's not related to BrawlVault, it probably goes here. And if something isn't working, or if you need help to solve a forum issue, just post in here.

An easy way to view and contact anyone on the staff.
Various bot preventions
Captcha, image identification, etc. intended to keep bots from registering. Not very effective.
Extra profile fields
Adds extra fields on the profile summary page for stuff related to BrawlVault.
Compact theme
A version of the theme that trims a lot of fat from the board's look. Change your theme by clicking "Look and Layout Preferences" in the sidebar of your profile. You can also hide signatures and avatars here for an even smaller layout.
Disable word censoring
Profile -> Look and Layout Preferences -> Leave words uncensored. Please see this addendum to learn what words are censored and how we handle censor bypassing.
"srs kitten" membergroup
A membergroup that prevents you from seeing the Off-Topic section. Post here or PM Vyse or Miacis if you would like to opt in.
Show topics a user has started
An option at the bottom of the profile summary lists all topics started by the user.
BBCode Comments
Use the "note" bbcode in your posts to include comments that are not displayed on the board but are retained for editing. Useful for all the things code comments typically are. They also show up when someone quotes a post, so don't include anything you wouldn't want someone to see or that breaks the rules.
Post-based Membergroups A list of all the membergroups and the posts required to reach them.
Custom Titles Custom titles are additional text that appear just under a user's name in message displays and profile summaries. Only mods, admins, KC:MM team members, BV staff, and Special Access members can set a custom title. Special Access is granted only to former staff members (who left on good terms) and to this user for helping us out of a financial bind.
Wew, great job on this one. i'm impressed. Lots of funny moves, and original animations used. ^^ (I really like the Down-B. ^^)

I understand, but ... It's still a bit too much, I think. The kind of endlag that makes you say "Oh what ?!" at the end of it, because it's really noticeable.

Uh ... I mean that you lose a lot of walking momentum. Same as before : it's too brutal to go unnoticed. Maybe make it slide a bit more (if it's possible, of course ?).
Also, I just noticed two other things : at the end of the Geno Beam, there's a terrible endlag, and there's some sort of ugly "hiccup" in Geno's moves at the end. It's really bothering, since iooks like you can move ... when you actually can't. I suggest you kick out the failed animation at the end and the lag that goes with it.
Oh, and I noticed something while playing on SSE with it. The SSE mode removes some of the PSA's alterations of physics : the jumps are set back to normal, and everything except the animations are the ones of the old character. I found something interesting : the ADA gives a slight upward momentum at its beginning. And you can actually fall of the edge, ADA and get back on it instantly ... Not only does it look cool, I find it would be an interesting tweak. What do you think ? (There's still the big ending lag, so it wouldn't really overpower the move, I think. But as edgeguard ... )

A few possible tweaks : - The D-Smash's endlag is ridiculous, for a Smash. And you can chain them like ... really fast. - On the opposite, the big ending lag after the U-Smash makes it difficult to use, even thought it really is good, otherwise. - Activating an already-charged Beam is quite annoying ... could you make it so that you just have to tap the button to unleash it, and not keep the button pressed ? - The pathetic range of the S-Smash. It doesn't fit the stars and really need more range, with a so long ending lag. - S-Tilt stops you quite brutally, I think ... - The N-Air has a good ending hitbox, but a quite little starting hitbox ... not very practical.
(Or am I suppose to have Brawl+ to make it work ? I'm not a pro of balancing characters, so these suggestions were only made based on the "average feelings" that come out of your character ... )
Yeah I have that as USmash for another Ike moveset hack but for Ichigo I wanted something like a vertical sword swing going straight up. I can't find any fitting animations, though =/
For a vertical sword swing, I suggest the Final Smash Starting attack. It's the closer you'll get, I think.
I actually manage to do it with two ways : At random (not consistent, of course) Out of crouch (very consistently, and easy to do)
New version ? Yes I think. And maybe try to play it a bit youself and see where are some impractical moves ... As an example, hitting with the Up-Smash is near impossible. Maybe try to add a little bigger hitbox on the sides ?
U-Smash Animation: looking for an uppercut type of animation (if you've played one of the DS games: his strong crouch attack)
Uppercut ... with the sword, or without it ? Because you can just use his U-Throw Uppercut. ^_^ The Ragna the Bloodedge had a pretty nice U-Smash Uppercut. If you could only tweak the end lag, that would be perfect.
This happened to me when I used a rock version of the menu theme, I took it out to change some textures and it just skipped oddly while playing the regular theme. When I put it back in, it was fine though.
Funnily enough, I think we had the exact same experience and even more, the same replaced theme.
Is it "Let's Brawl" by Tonindo, by any chance ? 8D
