Just a random thought, if you have a move where Silver uses a car to throw, why not use the same car for his entrance, and have him using his powers to "ride" the car into the battlefield.

Can anyone tell me how to use custom damage % hacks? I tried putting the file into the info2 folder where they say its supposed to go, but the game crashes before the opening movie. Any advice?
